            This assignment comes at the right time for me, with my masters in arms reach I am looking for jobs within the early childhood field that would be of interest to me. I love the work I do, but the feeling of growing out of a place and wanting to spread your wings and make an impact on the world is overpowering in a good way. I would love to become the director over a facility or assistant principal, even education manager over my district if the opportunities present themselves. “The Georgia Head Start Association, inc. (GHSA) is a statewide non-profit organization with the mission to provide education, leadership and advocacy the supports Head Start Programs’ efforts in delivering high quality comprehensive services” (Georgia Head Start Association, n.d.) .
