Time Well Spent

I have to say this has been a long beneficial journey. I will say after this I'm done I've been in school since elementary haha, I think I've done my duty. Of course in this field we have trainings constantly to stay up to date and educated though. I never thought I'd be one to join an organization especially not one in the early childhood field, however since joining NAEYC I have learned so much insight on different avenues I can take when it comes to managing, teaching, and progressing. This program helped me find my passion in life inspiring, teaching, caring, and loving children as they have the right to be. Also, in this field making sure parents never miss out on being the first teacher in their children’s life. This program made me come face to face with my weaknesses and turn them into strengths. In order to qualify I would have to have an advanced degree in education, having worked in a developing country, and minimum of eight years planning, and managing.
